Double room in great location

About the room:
I have a clean and warm furnished double room available to let which comes with a double bed, quality 28cm mattress, a massive built in wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors, desk and chair. The room facing the back of the building so you don’t get any of the noise, if you are a light sleeper.

Rest of the house:
This is a split level apartment with common living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms on the upper floor. The bath has been recently done up and it’s got a nice shower. The house is furnished and has all amenities you would need (washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, internet etc).

Locality:
The house is less than 3 minutes walk from Forest Hill station from where there are fast and frequent connections to the city. There is also a bus stop right next to the apartment. Neighbourhood is quiet, safe and friendly with a number of pubs, coffee shops, restaurants and a Sainsbury’s & Tesco express within a 5-7 minute walking distance.

Rent:
Rent is £800 per month and includes all bills. Common areas and bath (not bedrooms) will be cleaned once every week and is included in the rent.

About the landlord:
I'm the landlord and I’ve lived here for 6 years but travelling on a long term assignment. As a private landlord, there are no fees, just 1 month's rent as a deposit. I am posting this on behalf of the existing flatmate who you will be living with. I'm looking for a professional who will keep the place clean and treat it like their own home.

Who you will be living with:
She is a young professional who is friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, the flat isn't suitable for individuals who work remotely full time or those who host parties frequently.
