Spacious Room in Beautiful House, BILLS INC

We are looking for a female (preferable but not a must) to join us in our beautiful South London house as our current housemate has decided to move in with her boyfriend.

The house is really big, gorgeous, clean and cared for. We have 4 large double bedrooms, 2 smaller box rooms, large kitchen/dining room, upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower, conservatory, garden and 3 reception rooms. We live on a very steep hill which means that the views and sunsets are incredible... and makes the uphill trek from the station worthwhile!

The house is a 10-15 min walk from Honor Oak Park station which connects to London Bridge and is on the East London line to Highbury and Islington via Canada Water. We are also a short bus ride away from Peckham, Camberwell and East Dulwich.

I live here with my husband and we are both 35, I'm a textile designer and he is a design technology teacher. We also have a son who is 2 years old and another male housemate who is 33 and works in the film industry. We realise that living with a child might not be the most appealing thought but he is VERY friendly and chilled! Also the house is so big that we can pretty much guarantee he wouldn't disturb you.

We are a very relaxed and friendly household. Everyone who has lived here in the past has said how homely it is. The room itself is really big and bright. It has white walls, white wooden floor and original fireplace with views of London and the garden. Please note that the photo of the room has the current tenants belongings in. All the furniture except the wooden chest of drawers belong to the current tenant but she will be leaving the bed and desk here. If you have your own furniture we can take these out of the room for you... alternatively if you need furniture you can use them!

The room rent is £730 a month including all bills and a cleaner that comes fortnightly. There is plenty of street parking if required and we have broadband, a dishwasher, a tumble dryer, a large chest freezer, etc. We also have a garage at the front of the house to lock up bikes if need be.
