Modern and spacious 1 bed available until end Aug

Due to coronavirus we have currently relocated and have no intention of returning to London until the end of August. Due to this we are looking for a short term tenant to occupy the property from anytime now until the end of August (can be flexible). Ideally it would be a single person but we would be willing to consider a couple.

The flat is very modern, clean and spacious and will be fully furnished, including a brand new 65 inch TV. Forest Hill is also a great area with good transport links on the overground and national rail. The flat is on the train line and so it is a 2 minute walk from the station platform. The attached photographs were taken when I purchased the property in January of this year so there are a few changes but they are still a good reflection of the current state. The cost covers all bills and you will need to provide your own bedding and linen.

A point to note is that we will have to leave a fair amount of our belongings in there due to the short term nature of the let. I will also not be available to undertake viewings but I will be able to ask a neighbour to provide some further photos or videos as required.
