There will be three of us in total. I'm looking for two housemates to take on a lease on a great house in Forest Hill. My two friends are leaving the area but I've chosen to stay because I like the house so much.
It's always been a house with interest in the arts and passion for book, film, food, music and good conversation so ideally looking to continue that.
The room is a long term let with kfh so I'll put the next housemates in touch with them for the boring stuff. The landlord is really good and she's happy for us to change the lease with someone else if situations change.
The rooms are available from 25th August and I'm looking to do viewings asap.
