Lovely double room, family home, easy commute

We're looking for a new lodger for academic year 25-26 to rent this comfortable, double room at the top of our family house. We're close to lots of transport links and easy commute to London Bridge, Victoria, great for universities (e. g. Goldsmiths, UAL, Camberwell, LSBU, Mountview), theatres and hospitals, (e. g. King's, Guys, Lewisham). In a quiet, green area. We're close to shops, cafes and restaurants, the parks in Dulwich and Peckham and Horniman Museum and Gardens are a few minutes away. Bike storage is available as well as on street parking (we're in the ULEZ zone). We provide a kettle and small fridge but you can use the kitchen, too for cooking and laundry. Optional bedding and towels are available and there's plenty of storage. There's a shower room that's shared with one other room. This room suits a quiet student looking for a place for the academic year or a visiting professional who prefers somewhere quiet to retreat to after a long day. Previous lodgers are happy to recommend. this as a quiet, friendly place.
