The flat has a big living room with a balcony, a good-sized kitchen with a view across all of London from the window, and a bath, shower and two toilets. The bedroom is a double room with a view of trees. The flat backs straight onto Sydenham Hill Woods, which is great for walks and also very close to Horniman Museum and 10 minute walk to Forest Hill station.

Sharing with two males and one female actors / comedians. We like to be social and occasional cook for each other, but use respect each others privacy.

Rent is £495 including all bills and Wi-Fi. £495 deposit. The room is available from 11th November, but we can be flexible with dates.
