Current housemates are 4 men, who are very nice and friendly. It’s a warm and sociable household. The current housemates are all a very creative bunch, balancing creative life with day jobs. They’d like someone who is tidy and wouldn’t mind taking 1 cleaning job per week (with a cleaning rota). They are looking for someone who is sociable but also independent.

There’s a back garden and parking spot in a private gated area. There’s also two bathrooms and two showers.

Because of how big the house is, it ends up being very quiet. The bedroom for rent is on the top floor. It comes unfurnished, there is a bedside table and clothes rack currently available in the room.

The house is 5 floors, kitchen on lower floor, living room and bedroom on ground floor, toilets/showers 1st floor, two bedrooms 2nd floor and two bedrooms 3rd floor.

If you’re new to Forest Hill it’s very well connected, and with tons of parks and a forest nearby. It’s a short walk to Forest Hill overground with quick connections to London Bridge, and to the tube via Canada Water.

There’s a co-op and Sainsbury’s and a gym very nearby as well as lots of restaurants and cafes.

I lived here for 7 years and have furnished the common areas of the house, and recently moved out with my partner. The contract for the whole house is in my name, I am the sublandlord who is currently subletting the rooms. The agreement will be an assured shorthold tenancy agreement. Reference check will be carried out, deposit will be protected and all necessary safety certificates will be provided.

All bills included per month, this includes gas, water, WiFi and council tax. Council tax band E
