Bright Double Room In Forest Hill

Hello everyone!
I’ve got a bright double room going in my lovely 2 bed flat located 5 mins away from Forest Hill station.

The flat is at the ground floor, it has a big living room and has got direct access to a massive communal garden (perfect if you’re into gardening/ growing your own veggies).

You’ll be sharing it with me :) I’m a musician in my early 30’s who works in the arts and likes to spend evenings with a good book and a glass of wine by the fire (yes, we also have a working fireplace!).

Rent is £704 + bills (roughly £100 but sometimes is less). There’s a 5-week rent deposit to be paid as well. The room comes unfurnished but bed and mattress are available if needed. I will not be
able to consider couples or pets I’m afraid 🙏
