Double Room All Bills included Forest Hill

Double en-suite room on the third floor of a four storey townhouse available in Forest Hill. Shared kitchen and two living rooms, both with large TVs. Garage for bicycle storage, washer and dryer and extra fridge freezer. Two friendly cats live here. Included in rent is 900Mbps WiFi, council tax, energy, water, Sky TV with all sports channels, Netflix and amazon prime video. Weekly cleaning service also included. Kitchen has air fryer, oven, dishwasher and nespresso machine. Three men currently live here, aged 31, including the landlord which is myself. The two other tenants are friends of mine from university and work respectively. We are all very social and easy going but the house is quite quiet and we all stay in most of the time.
