1 month let, Large double in friendly household

I am out of town for a month during the Christmas period, from around the 6th of December (the date around this time is negotiable) until the 6th of January. The house is home to 4 very laid back creatives. The house is situated on very friendly, lush, green cul de sac, close to forest hill station with, lots of shops, restaurants and pubs at our doorstep. The room could even be available for a shorter period within the time frame stated above.
