Double ensuite bedroom in lovely Forest Hill house

Hey everyone! We have a double en-suite bedroom in our large Forest Hill home available 1st of March. You'll be living with 3 lovely gals, all mid to late 20's who work in the creative industries.

The house is huge with 4 floors, a garden overlooking a church, a garage with tonnes of storage space, a bright and open bottom floor living room and a large separate kitchen. There's also an office room on the top floor that the girls share between them for working from home and other little projects. All the bedrooms come with their own toilet or bathroom which makes getting ready for work so much easier in the mornings!

The room comes unfurnished but has a built in wardrobe and some shelves that were already up when we moved in. The en-suite bathroom has a waterfall shower and cabinet for storage.

The girls are a lovely, creative bunch who have all been friends for a long time. One of the girls has lived here for 5 years and has very much made the house a home. We're looking for someone who would like to get involved and make pals - eves infront of the TV, pub visits and trips to nice markets are things we've loved doing together. Everyone also has their own things going on too so of course like abit of space aswell (the house is absolutely big enough!). In the summer we get out into the garden for lots of eating and wine drinking and also have lovely neighbours who like to join on the odd occasion!

The area around us is filled with lovely cafes, independent shops, charity shops, pubs and parks. We're a 7 minute walk to Forest Hill Station with overground and a direct national rail train to London Bridge. We're close to Dulwich Park, a short bus ride to East Dullwich and Peckham and have a handy highstreet and big Sainsburys just a 10 minute walk away.

The rent is £675 a month and bills come to just over £100. The move in date of 1st of March is not flexible - you can move in a little later than this but rent will need to be paid from the 1st of March
