I am looking for a pet friendly housemate to join us in this fabulous 3 bed flat. I have a gentle, calm and loving 11 year old dog and a sassy, loving and intelligent 11 year old cat. They are both well trained. This beautiful flat is gifted with a great location.

The flat has 3 bedrooms in total. My current flat share is moving out of London so there are 2 rooms available. 1 room with an en suite and a spacious double room. The flat is partly furnished with a bed, wardrobe, dressers and mattress provided. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, medium sized freezer and 2 medium sized fridges.


The £670 charge would include rent, internet, council tax but not utility as that will vary with usage but will be split 3 ways.

The closest train station is Forest Hill which is a 7 minute walk away. The commute into London from Forest Hill is 30-35 minutes by train. The closest tube connection is Canada Water on the Jubilee Line which is a 15 minute train ride away. We are also 5 minutes away from various bus connections. There are a host of shops and takeaways within a 5 minute walk including a big Sainsbury's.

For leisure activities there is a gym within a 5 minute walk away and a swimming pool 15 minutes walk away. If you enjoy nature there are a host of parks and wooded areas in the local area. The closest park The Horniman Museum and Gardens is 5 minutes walk away. Every Sunday the museum has a small market where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables including indulgent treats.

This Flat is in a great location with fantastic transport links. Council Tax Band D.
