Large double room available from the end of June. *Potentially flexible on dates with possible earlier move-in if needed*

The room is very spacious with lots of natural light, storage space and has it’s own ensuite bathroom.

The flat itself is nice and roomy with a large living room, kitchen, bathroom (shower and bath) and a shared study (great for working from home!)

Located in a great area right next to the Horniman Gardens! Plenty of nearby shops, cafes and pubs. Nearest station Forest Hill - it’s very easy to get into central London.

Rent is £925 and includes hot water and heating.

I work in the media industry, and enjoy all the good stuff: music, art, film, literature, food and sport. I’d say I’m a clean, sociable person but also respectful of personal space and am looking for someone similar in this sense.
