Large double room on artistic mews

Hey! Me and my flatmate (33yo M) are looking for a new short term flatmate for a spare double bedroom in my 3 bed mews house in Forest Hill. The room is available from now until the new year so would be most suitable for someone looking for short term accommodation.

The street hosts open art studios twice a year and has a great community spirit. We’d love someone we can become friends with and who’ll enjoy the house and space as much as we do.

A communal bathroom shared between 2 flatmates with bath and large shower.
Open plan kitchen living

2 minute walk to Forest hill station (overground and Southern Rail) takes you to London Bridge in 10 mins and shoreditch in 20.
All expected local amenities including large sainsburies and lots of local and chain stores

THE FLATMATES
Two 33 year old male friends from uni - Adam is in investment and Josh is a music producer and audio engineer.

We both love football, film, tennis, music, theatre, pub quiz, gigs etc.
