THE ROOM:

Large bedroom with fitted storage available to rent. The room comes with small-double bed and mattress, a very large mirror, black out blinds and curtains, a fitted wardrobe and fitted chest of draws and a long dressing table/desk.

THE HOUSE:

Location is Forest Hill, SE23. Nearest stations are Forest Hill or Sydenham, both approx 15 mins walk.

4 bedroom mid-terrace house with high ceilings & lots of natural light.

Fully furnished. We've got a dyson vacuum, a big tv, workout station and equipment. The kitchen is very well stocked for everything you need to cook & bake.
We've got a lovely garden too with a SAUNA :)

There's free parking for cars on the street.

THE HOUSEMATES:

3 women between ages of 26-38 who all get on very well:

MIA (she/her) - Project Manager. Enjoys sporty and creative pursuits, travel, the outdoors and communality.

ANA (she/her) - Ana did a phd in anthropology, and enjoys history, art, museums and cooking.

NATALIA (she/her) - Yoga teacher, actor, dancer, singer, violin teacher AND plays violin in a punk band -phew! Vegan.

COSTS:

£900 per month.
Includes: Rent, council tax, and bills - water, gas, electric, broadband.

Deposit - £900 (One months payment).

There are some additional costs such as household items where we split the cost as mandatory, e. g. toilet paper, etc.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for someone who wants to live within a community and make good friends with us. You'd understands how to proactively contribute, and enjoy working together to keep the house and garden clean, tidy and running well. You'll wants to socialise, use and contribute to the space and the vibe. This room might best suit a progressive and creative person.
