Large double room with garden view

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Three large double (triple) bedrooms. The one available for a new lodger looks onto the large private garden. House also contains shared kitchen, laundry room, two loos, a large shower and bath. All amenities for shared use including gas oven and cooktop, washing machine, all usual kitchen utensils. Quiet tree lined residential street just 1 minute walk from shops and buses, 2 minute walk to nearest gym and pub, 5 minute walk to local train station which links into all of city such as London Bridge station is 10 mins on to have a good match. Most of my lodgers have stayed 18 months or longer, and the minimum term I am requesting for the new lodger is 2 months.

I work mostly as a writer and podcaster from home and also run literacy-based school clubs.

I do not smoke and only very rarely enjoy the odd glass of beverage so most days are alcohol free here and when I partake it is very minimal. I like to live a healthy lifestyle which includes use of the local gym (3 minutes walk), yoga centre, and nature walks. There is an amazing river system nearby which goes for miles, all tree lined, and plenty of picnic spots. We have the Rivoli Ballroom in walking distance and this is one of my favourite places for a night out.

We have a private garden and veg patch.

Everyone must share domestic duties, we agree on a rota. We always keep the kitchen and bathrooms tidy.
