My cousin will still be here whilst I’m away so you’ll be sharing with him. He is a clean, tidy and considerate housemate. He is a smoker, although smokes strictly outside.
Flat has been recently renovated so everything is in pretty good condition.
Very good links to Central London. Flat is almost equidistant from Forest Hill, Honor Oak and Catford/Catford Bridge, so quite a few lines to choose from. 11 minutes direct train to London Bridge from Catford Bridge.
