Big Double Room in Entire Three-Bedroom Flat

This is a large room in a huge three-bedroom flat that you will have entirely to yourself for most of the year.. The living room is beautiful and attracts lots of natural light through large bay windows. The kitchen is incredibly spacious and easily accommodates two people. For nine months in the year, while I'm living in the US, you will have the entire flat to yourself so the deal is pretty good. When I'm back in the summer, I will be staying in the spare room for two or three months. So, it's basically an entire flat except for summer and a bit of the Christmas holidays when you'd share the place with me.

I enjoy socialising, playing guitar (although will use headphones!), reading and going for runs. Ideally, I would be looking for someone with similar interests who keeps things relatively tidy. Couples are fine, although there might be a small increase in rent.
