An Oasis on the quiet Hill in South East London

The room is a very spacious double bedroom in a spacious house with front and back garden, which connects to a private woodland which you may use to go for walks or have a peaceful time whenever you want. It also offers a tennis court, an area for barbecue and several benches and tables for picnics. It is not open to the public.

We are people who like kindness, honesty, privacy and joy. We do not like noise or untidiness.

The room has a huge workspace and bay window, a big wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed with bedside table. The curtains, carpets, walls were all renewed last year. There is space for a little personal furniture.
The bathroom is just to the left (bathtub with power shower) and sink and their is an upstairs and downstairs toilet.
You may use the kitchen for cooking and dining and share one fridge with the second lodger. Occasional visitors are OK. We practice Mindfulness Meditation and work downstairs. The rent would need to be adjusted if you want to work from home.
We would like to respect each other's privacy and also tidy up after using common rooms (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, garden). You can also park your bicycle in the garage. There is a lovely lady who visits once a week and cleans the shared areas.

Me and my husband travel around 4 months of the year so you'll benefit from more peace and quiet during this time.
