We are Annika and Olivier (freelance designer and architect) and we are looking for someone to come live in our spare room and help us with our mortgage! We are generally pretty chilled but like a clean and tidy house. You would get your own furnished large double bedroom with shared kitchen and living spaces. You would pretty much have your own shower-room too although it's technically shared as we have the washing machine in there. We have a separate ensuite.

There is a shared Roof terrace space with great sunshine. Perfect for evening drinks and chilling. There are two large living spaces and a TV in the bedroom already.

Rent at £920pm + bills at roughly £170-£200 per month per person (including gas, electric, internet, water, council tax, cleaning supplies allowance (£10/month), and a cleaner every 2 weeks). Bills will be a variable and transparent cost and we can give you the breakdown if you need.

1 year agreement and ready for a tenant in mid January. We own the flat so you'll be dealing straight with us. Available in Jan but could be available sooner for the right person.

Great location in the centre of Forest Hill. 2mins walk from Forest Hill station and near a large Sainsbury’s. Lots of other amenities in the area with cute cafes, cool pubs, nice restaurants, shops and gyms. The Horniman museums and gardens are just up the road.

17min train to London Bridge station, about 20mins from Shoreditch and other easy transportation to Victoria by train and to Canada Water, Canary Wharf, Liverpool Street by Overground.

We are ideally looking for a non smoking, friendly, easygoing young professional who is looking to live with other like minded people and mainly works from the office. We would love someone tidy!

No pets allowed, there is already a friendly but shy indoor cat.

No parking space but there are roads nearby that are free to park on.

No smoking or vaping - non negotiable.

No couples.
