Hey! Im looking for a new flat mate to join me in the flat I rent in Forest Hill from September 2024.
Monthly Rent is £850 including Water, Council Tax, Internet. Every month will be the Electricity and Gas bill. Depending on how much has been used that month, it's usually an extra £50/75.
Please note the security deposit is £1000.00
The Room is unfurnished and the flat is clean, modern and looked after. There is also a spare room which acts as an office/ studio space you can use to work from.
I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy and will likewise look after the place too.
The flat is situated on a quiet road, 10 minute walk to Forest Hill station and a 20 minute walk to Catford.
The flat is available from September 2024. Viewings will happen fairly soon. There is free street parking if you drive, ring doorbell, hive heating and good internet. Council Tax Band C.
A teeny bit about me, I’m a Stage Manager from Theatre and Events, and a Voice Over Artist. I fly abroad most months for work and enjoy traveling the world, so often you will find yourself with your own flat which I have lived in for the last ten years.
