Large double bedroom in flat close to FH station

I am looking for a lodger to rent out a large double bedroom in my two bed flat.

It is a bright and airy ground floor flat with a living room and spacious kitchen. There is also some outdoor space next to the flat with plants and chairs. The flat is only a few minutes walk from Forest Hill station (there is a path along the rail tracks) so it is very convenient. There is the overground and the Southern trains to London Bridge/Clapham Junction/Victoria from Forest Hill station.

The bedroom will come furnished with a bed and wardrobe. If required, I can also provide a chest of drawers, clothing rail, bedside tables and desk - will just need to know in advance! The photos in the advert show the room with it's current lodger's belongings and furniture (other than bed and wardrobe)

I am a working professional woman (I work at a legal charity) in her late twenties. I like a glass of wine on a Friday after work and love to chat and get to know people! Looking for a friendly and relaxed lodger who is clean and tidy, preferably a professional woman.

Bills are approximately £150 per month. Council tax band is B.
