Description

Looking for someone to share the tenancy on this really spacious two bed/two bathroom unfurnished flat in Forest Hill. No bills included but they wouldn't be more than £200 a month each on top of rent.

About me:

I'm a full time History Teacher at a secondary school.

I am a very clean, friendly and conscientious flatmate and appreciate my home being my sanctuary after a day around sometimes challenging teenagers! I am very respectful of the space I live in (big on cleanliness) and value open and respectful communication with the landlord and my flatmates. I don't smoke and work quite long hours. I also have an online tutoring business and do GCSE examining.

About the flat:

£1,800 pcm

£1,800 pcm (divided by us both)

Unfurnished

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and built in wardrobes and storage for days! That's is what you can expect from this well heeled period conversion flat on Sunderland Road. Sunderland Road is a wide and leafy road lined with some impressive period abodes. The location means you are also only a short walk from the hub of fab Forest Hill with its wonderful shops, eateries, gastro pubs and of course the station is handy too.

Take the communal entrance of this double fronted beaut and ascend the stairs step inside and find the staircase leading up to the landing and here the hallway opens up before you. To the left you will find the shower room and the bathroom, both rooms are lush and modern and well fitted. There is lots of storage built in the hallways too.
Lush grey toned carpets and high ceilings.

The heart of this wonderful home is the fantastic open plan living and kitchen space adorned in light thanks to the large Dorma window that graces the living space. The kitchen arranged at the end of the room and comes with mod cons and well fitted.

Forest Hill is a great place to make home and has a busy social calendar and events throughout the year. There are green open spaces, nature reserves and historic parks and woods to explore. There are fab coffee shops and gastro pubs and of course the world famous Horniman Muesum to explore! Transport is good too Zone 3 with lines into London Bridge and on the Overground where a quick change at Canada Water has you on the Jubilee Line. Buses include 185,365,122,176,75, & P4 to mention a few!
