The flat is clean and tidy and we would prefer someone who is too (shoes off in the house please).

- 20 minutes to Forest Hill station with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge as well as Overground services
- 15 minutes to Catford Bridge station with direct trains to London Bridge and Charing Cross.

Broadband is included in the rent. Council Tax, Water and Energy bills are not included and these will be split equally between both housemates.
