Cosy double in bright spacious garden flat

Hello!

I am looking for a someone to replace myself and join my flatmate (Ali) in this lovely two bed flat near Mayow Park. I have been renting the flat for a year with Ali, who has been living in the property now for almost two years.

The room is initially available for one month with an option to extend further as the tenancy is due for renewal in September.

About the flat:

- Ground floor flat in purpose built block of flats.
- Beautiful garden and private porch/balcony.
- Large living area, modern kitchen and bathroom.
- Two double bedrooms.
- Council tax band C.

NB - the bedroom is mostly unfurnished except for a bed, bedside table and small set of drawers.

About Ali:
- Generally works two days in the office, three days at home.
- He is super easy going and considerate person.
- In the evenings he'll be cooking, watching TV, playing football, going for walks when it's sunny, reading, puzzles or playing video games. Loves a game of Spike ball or Pucket (I can never win, so maybe you could!)

Who would suit this flat:

- Someone who is easy going, organised and tidy
- Ideally someone who can be a friend e. g. having dinners together or just hanging out in the evenings after work. The flat is very balanced though so if you need your own space then Ali is really respectful.
- You will need to be in full time employment for the landlords references.
