I am looking to rent out a room in recently renovated flat in Forest Hill, I got the place last year and have tried to kit it out to a high spec so everything you see is brand new.
About myself, I am in the office 4/5 days per week , working in Finance. When I'm not in the office I am trying to get out at the weekend and some weeknights.
A new prospective roommate would be in a same situation, outgoing but also quiet at home and working the normal office hours. Any interest in sports or keeping fit is a bonus.
I will be holding viewings over the next few weeks when I am back from holiday so thanks for your patience on any replies.
