Forest Hill - Big room - Mid Aug - £650

Hi everyone, I’m sadly leaving my room in Forest Hill with two lovely flatmates as I’m moving in with a friend. Looking for someone to take the room from mid Aug to end June 2025 with the possibility to renew the contract. I’ve put some info about the room and the flat below and will be holding viewings on Monday 29th and Wednesday 31st between 6pm and 8pm. Please message if interested!

📍Double bedroom in Forest Hill, SE23. Close to Horniman Museum and Dulwich Park. 7 minutes from Forest Hill station with great transport links to central London - trains to London Bridge/Victoria & overground to Highbury & Islington.

🏡 The room comes furnished with the bed and mattress, wardrobe and mirror remaining. The chest of drawers, desk, chair, bedside table, and wall shelves I purchased myself - I’m still figuring out whether I can take this to the new place, but I’m open to sell for a fair price.

👭 Living with two girls aged 22 and 25. They’re both lovely people, always up for a chat or to go for a spontaneous coffee or ice cream, and keen to make the flat feel like home! Both are veggie/vegan so preference will be given to those who are also vegan/veggie.

🗓️ Rent is £650 per month plus bills which are usually around £120. Rent is paid on the first of the month and there is an £822 deposit. Currently the room is available until June 2025 but it’s expected to be renewed for another year.

📋 Deposit is required to secure the room. Landlord requires:
- a previous landlord reference
- work contract or reference
- 3 month payslips
