The flat is just a 3-minute walk from the Overground station, with quick connections to central London. It’s a duplex with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. We keep the place quite clean, so I'd like to maintain that standard.
The area is quiet and has everything you need: a large Sainsbury's, a Better Leisure Centre, an affordable gym, and several great pubs and restaurants.
Rent is £725 per month per person, plus bills. Utilities (internet, electricity, water, and gas) average around £150 in winter and £120 in summer.
