Forrest Hill Flatshare! 6 mins from station

Hi there! Looking for a flat mate to move in with me in late October. I've secured the place but need to replace a drop out in 2 weeks.

It's a 2 bed £900 each + bills, deposit 1038 in Forest Hill, 6 mins walk from the station and unfurnished. Council tax C. Heads up the rooms are on the lower ground floor so no windows but the rooms are really spacious with loads of storage.

About me: I'm a lighting director and dp in film working freelance. I love good pasta, contemporary art, and being cosy. Love being social but appreciate my personal space. Upfront communication, tidy and considerate, loves good decor and value someone who does the same!

Ideally looking to live with someone that's clean, up for making a house a home, and responsible. We also need to pass reference checks 50k total.
