The shared kitchen is large and fully equipped (large fridges, double ovens, hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, etc). There are 2 full bathrooms plus one separate toilet. A small lounge on the ground floor leads to a large peaceful back garden. There’s also a large shed in the back garden where you can store bikes and other stuffs.

All bills are included. There’s super fast fibre broadband. Common areas are cleaned every two weeks.

Honor Oak Park station is 5’ walk away, with trains to London Bridge (in just 12’) and Victoria; and overground to Canada Water, Shoreditch, Hackney and further north.
