Share a modern fully equipped kitchen and dining room area with French doors onto a delightful garden. I am looking for a full time lodger (professional preferred) or full time student, who may have interests outside their job. I would be happy to share an occasional cuppa to touch base, but am happy in my own company and seeking the same. A chatty friendly tabby cat lives here as well.

I am a part time art and design teacher for adults at an FE and HE college. I have other interests: Keep fit exercise, Pilates, Walking , Watercolour Painting / Printmaking , Gardening, Tv and improving my French.

Occasional Remote working/studying only, maximum Two days during weekdays. Living room not shared.

As a landlord I am legally responsible to do a full Right to Rent Check.

There is the Horniman museum, plenty of cafes parks and good leisure facilities locally.

Forest Hill Overground Station is within 15 -20 mins walk and there is the 75 to Lewisham Station via Catford Bridge and Hospital and the 356 to Shirley and Upper Sydenham are just 2 minutes walk away. There a numerous buses at Forest Hill into Peckham and Central London.
