Large double room in Forest Hill

A large double room available from 8th December. £180 for bills on top of rent!!
The flat is first floor 2 bedroom with really large high ceiling livingroom, kitchen and bathroom (with bath and shower). We have access to the communal garden and are also right next to the Horniman Gardens which is so gorgeous! 2 minute walk to Forest Hill Station. The room is at back of flat so you have privacy and we are also far from a main road, so it's very peaceful and you can hear the birdies rather than traffic! There is also a free parking space if you drive.

A bit about me! I'm 28, currently working full time for a local south east brewery, if you enjoy a beer, I get lots of it for free! I'm an intro and extrovert lol. I'm quite a social bunny but also when i'm home, very much use that as downtime. I do host the occiasional drinks/dinner but this isn't a regular party house. I'm often out at events, exhibitions, the old nuns pub! usually out nd about during weekends, love the cinema and then during week just unwind, make dinner and get cosy. I do cherish a quiet and clean space that I can call home, expect upkeep of flat and actually enjoying it as a home rather than just a room rental. I do have 2 gorgeous indoor cats, Trinity is a tabby and Boudicca is all black. Both very sweet girls, I rescued a few months back. Bou's very confident, noisy and affectionate and Trinity is an unproblematic queen who enjoys affection on her own terms! Both very cute!

The current housemate is moving out so flat is available from December. Rent and bills are due on the 8th. We rent via an estate agent so there will be required references and credit check information to be provided.
