Large double room available in a lovely shared house on a quiet residential street close to the Horniman museum. It is a 3 bed house with a garden, garage, study and driveway. The room is on the 1st floor at the front of the house, with a great view. The room comes unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished by the current tenants. There are 2 toilets and 1 bathroom with a stand alone shower and a bath.

Rent is £833.33 per month and bills are around £150 per month including a fortnightly cleaner, internet and TV licence.

The street is quiet and residential and is situated between Forest Hill and Honor Oak Park stations, both of which are on the Overground. They are both approximately a 15 minute walk away. There are multiple parks nearby including the Horniman museum and gardens, Camberwell old and new cemeteries and Peckham Rye.

Currently in the house are Sasha and George. We are best friends who have lived together for years. Sasha is a nurse and George is a radio producer. We both enjoy being sociable inside and outside of the house and have a shared love of music, food, pubs, working out, traveling and festivals. We are looking for a sociable flatmate who has similar interests and who can commit to a minimum of a years contract.
