Double room in Forest Hill (great location)

Hello! I am looking for a flatmate to live with me in a 2 bed apartment in Forest Hill. The apartment is a lovely, light, modern space, directly opposite the station. The room available is a double bedroom with your own bathroom! The apartment also has:

- Open plan kitchen/living room
- Utility closet with washer/dryer
- Large terrace & a smaller balcony
- 1 off street parking space (I don't have a car so this would
be available for you to use)
- Bike store

Bit about me - I am a 32 year old professional working in e-commerce. I work mostly from home (I have a setup in my room) but like to get out of the house and co-work with colleagues or work from a coffee shop from time to time.

I’m a clean, considerate and respectful housemate who always likes to make sure they’re doing their bit around the house to make it a happy and comfortable environment. I am sociable so would love a housemate who would be up for after work drinks/dinner and movie night in. But also respectful of our own downtime as well.

I love to travel, go for coffee and walks with friends, cycle, go to the cinema and watch documentaries.

My current flatmate is moving out mid November - we rent through JLL so deposit and references required. JLL also fully manage the apartment so any issues are sorted directly through our property manager.

Bills aren't included but are usually £180-£230pcm each, happy to give you a breakdown! Council Tax is Band D

The available room is unfurnished.
