The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and small desk - but I’m happy to add/remove at your request. The rest of the property is fully furnished.

The property also comes with a garage in case of storage needs, a small balcony and a shared garden. There are un permitted streets surrounding the flat in case you have a car.

Bills are £150pcm for water, gas/electric, wifi & council tax, and this also includes a biweekly cleaner.

I’ve lived in the property since 2023 and it is my first home I’ve bought. I’m looking for someone who is keen to find a home, not just a room, even if just for a short time. I work from home approximately 4 days a week for a major consultancy company but I’m usually out in the evenings. I’m looking for someone to treat my place as theirs.
