1 double bed room available in a shared flat located in Forest Hill/Honor Oak (SE23)

Current flatmate is moving out after a few years to move in with their partner.

About the flat:

Decent sized room (especially for the price) good for those looking to save a bit of money.

It comes furnished with a desk, clothes drawer, bed, and wardrobe. The window overlooks the street but there isn’t much of an issue with noise even in rush hour.

There’s enough room to work from home (as the current person does) if you need to, and feel free to do some rearranging! We have a large living room that you’re also welcome to work in or to store the odd bits in if needed.

Kitchen is fairly spacious and also has a small balcony with a table and chairs overlooking Forest Hill.

Bills are not included but come to around £90pp, though may increase in Winter.

About the area:

Approx. 12-15 minute walk to both Overground stations (Honor Oak / Forest Hill). 20-minute bus to Brixton or Lewisham right outside of the flat.

Closest shop is a big Sainsbury’s in Forest Hill, about 12 minutes away. A petrol station around a 10 minute walk with a small Tesco inside.

A bit about us:

I’m (27) currently in Pharmaceutical Recruitment and the other flatmate (33) is an Artist.

Both of us are friendly and sociable. We would be ideally looking for someone similar and happy to chat, hang, and grab a drink. At the same time, we respect each other’s privacy and space and individually are both regularly out and about in London doing our own thing.
