Hi,

I am renting my spacious, bright and airy two bedroom, one bathroom flat 5 minutes from Forest Hill station. The flat consists of two good sized double bedrooms, one is slightly bigger than the other and has a king bed. I am going travelling for 6 months so looking for a reliable and clean couple or two friends to move in.

The location is excellent, it's a 2 minute walk to the High Street, and 5 minutes walk to Forest Hill station. You'll also be right next to the Horniman Museum and Gardens, and Dulwich park is a ten min walk - lots of green space around!

There's also a huge shared garden which is great for the summer.

The flat is fully furnished, each bedroom has a bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table, mirrors etc.

Bill aren't included and amount to around £250 per month for the entire flat.

I have a fortnightly cleaner who you're welcome to keep if you'd like!
