The flat is on the first floor with one single neighbour below. Literally three minutes to Forest Hill station, which serves London Bridge and the London Overground. Supermarket and lots of high street shops, cafes, restaurants within five minutes walk.

Ideally looking for mon-fri / part time (price negotiable) or short term.

Living room and kitchen is shared.

I'm a live-in landlord, easy going, quite quiet and the house is very peaceful. I work from home a fair bit in the common spaces.
