The flat is on the first floor with one single neighbour below.

Just three minutes to Forest Hill station, which serves London Bridge on Network Rail and the London Overground - Windrush Line.

Supermarket and lots of cute high street shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within a five minute walk.

I'm a live-in landlord, easy going, quite quiet and the house is very peaceful. I work from home a fair bit in the common spaces, or sometimes from the desk in the room where tenants are only part time.

Would suit part time commuter or short term lodger with no significant storage requirements.
