Double size room with single bed, work desk and chair, armchair, hand wash basin and masses of storage space. Rent £700 pcm to include utilities, council tax, wi-fi, cleaner every four weeks, bedlinen and towels if required. Deposit £700 in advance, references and credit check required. Owners have literary and artistic interests and work in publishing. International and multicultural links and interests, speak French Italian German and some Mandarin.
Shared bathroom with toilet and separate toilet. Use of fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Pretty south facing garden. Two friendly cats.
Excellent transport links: 9 minutes’ walk to station with rapid trains to central London also frequent Overground to Canada Water and East London, connecting to tube including Elizabeth Line. Also numerous bus routes.
Lovely neighbourhood (Forest Hill SE23). A calm environment where you can be as private or as sociable as you wish. Visitors welcome but no parties. WFH acceptable up to 50%. Council tax band f included.
Near supermarket, specialist shops and good selection of cafes and restaurants in both Forest Hill and Honor Oak. Short walk to beautiful Horniman Gardens with amazing views and museum.
