Hello! We are renting our recently decorated two bed mezzanine flat in Forest Hill , only a 5 min walk to the station. The flat was decorated for us to live there so it's done to a high spec, however now we are moving elsewhere for work.

The flat is done to a high standard, 760 square foot, spread over two floors with king sized bed, new TV, new Emma mattress , Eames chair.

The second room can be used as an office or second bedroom. It's smaller but still very much a double room!

The flat will be available from 20th Feb.
Ideally we are looking for a professional couple or two tenants.
