Rent is £623.33 pm inclusive of water, with all other bills coming to around £130.00 pm (council tax band C, gas, electricity and internet).

Our flat has a big living room, large kitchen/dining area and a spacious bathroom. There’s off street parking and access to a large shared leafy garden.

The room is a bright, west facing double that fills with afternoon light. The room has views of Forest Hill Station and Crystal Palace. There’s an option for the room to come with the existing double bed.

We're located in the heart of Forest Hill, with just a three minuet walk to Forest Hill overground and rail station. This offers easy access to East and Central London. The flat is within walking distance to the Horniman Museum, a large Sainsbury's, Forest Hill Pools and great local pubs.

As you can see from the pictures, the flat is well lived in but well priced for its size and location.
