We are looking for a couple, family or two professionals to rent our two bedroom furnished flat in the iconic Taymount Grange, a stunning and incredibly preserved modernist housing estate in leafy Forest Hill.

The flat is on the first floor corner with plenty of natural light and views of the surrounding greenery. You will be a 6 minute walk from Forest Hill station and all the amenities Forest Hill has to offer. Taymount Grange is surrounded by expansive lawns and our flat comes with an allotment plot if you are interested in gardening.

The flat comprises two spacious double bedrooms, one of them dual aspect, one bathroom, a recently renovated galley kitchen and a living room. The flat benefits from original floorboards throughout.

From Forest Hill, regular trains run to London Bridge, with a journey time of 12 minutes, while the Overground (Windrush Line) will take you to Dalston Junction via Canada Water (Jubilee Line), Shoreditch High Street and Whitechapel.
