I’m a 33-year-old woman working in Advertising. I love reading, cooking (vegetarian) and going to the theatre.
About the flat:
The flat is in a gorgeous Art Deco building from the 1930’s.
It’s just a 10 min walk from Forest Hill overground station and a 10 min walk from the Horniman Museum and Gardens - where you can visit a butterfly house, aquarium and music gallery!
There’s a communal garden and the neighbours are all really friendly and chatty.
Bills are not included - and amount to around £180 a month in total - which includes a fortnightly cleaner. The council tax is band B.
No couples please (sorry!)
