Lovely double room in detached large family house

Lovely peaceful upstairs room in large house with garden overlooking the woods. The room is adjacent to a beautiful family bathroom with stand alone bath and walk in shower, only used regularly by yourself and one other. Extra storage has been added, chest of drawers and shelving unit (obviously the boxing pad can go or stay). Wfi Fi extender mesh system module in room, so wifi is good and 1GBT high speed with Virgin.

Second much larger room is downstairs, it is currently a second living room, with wooden floor and includes ethernet connected TV and Virgin, plus ethernet wall point, this room can be furnished with a bed and some drawers and a clothes rail or completely unfurnished, can be discussed, the rug will go and pink curtains etc. It is opposite a downstairs bathroom.

Monday-Friday arrangement would be considered for a lower rent.

The property is located on a secondary main road, set back with a large drive, and backs on to Sydenham woods, the room has a wonderful private and leafy, quiet view over the garden and woods behind.

You'd be lodging with myself (female) and my grown up son (20) plus a black Labrador dog and rag doll cat and one other lodger who would share the main bathroom. My son and I both have our own en-suite bathrooms and he is at the top of the house tucked away.

We are a health conscious, creative, musical and upbeat household. I am a Reiki practitioner and sound healer (I have a studio in the garden) and my son a music producer (with a studio use elsewhere!). We would like to share our lovely space with a respectful, secure and happy person or two.

Meat eaters need to be respectful of a vegetarian in the house.

Rent is inclusive of bills and weekly cleaner.
Two references required (one must be your current employer).

Buses 185, 176, P4 are a 3 min walk, 185 and 176 buses take you to Denmark Hill Station and King's College Hospital, P4 to Brixton.

Nearby East Dulwich and Forest Hill offer a range of lively pubs, bars, restaurants, exclusive boutiques and a friendly laid back café culture.

Dulwich & Sydenham Woods and Horniman Gardens are within walking distance from the house.
