Hi there! I've just moved out and am looking for someone to take over my bedroom. It's a beautifully cosy room on the top floor of a Victorian townhouse in central Forest Hill. There's a shared kitchen/living area and two bathrooms, with the downstairs one having a massive walk-in shower. The house also comes with a garden and outdoor studio which we've been using as a microbrewery.

The location is fantastic: There's an overground station, a Sainsbury's, two gyms and a huge selection of pubs and restaurants all within a five minutes walk of stepping outside. Reaching central London is a breeze so this place is great for anybody who needs to commute. The landlady is lovely and very reasonable and we've had a good relationship with her since moving in 2023. Council tax band is D.
