My current flatmate is sadly moving out of London soon so am looking for someone to fill a double room within our lovely 2 bedroom flat in Forest Hill :)
The room is a great size with a big window, double bed, built in wardrobe, and space for a large desk.
The flat has a big living room and dining space, a kitchen with a washing machine, and a shower/bathroom as well as a separate toilet room. The flat has a really homely and cozy feel. We also have friendly neighbours!
There are also really good connections from the flat and the neighbourhood feels very safe. The overground is just a 7 min walk away and you can get to London Bridge via Southern in 15-19mins which is perfect for exploring the city!

I'm a friendly, clean, and sociable flatmate who is ideally looking for a flatmate who has a similar vibe!
I graduated from my human geography degree in 2022 and now work in the charity sector (in fundraising events) in central London. I WFH 3 days a week and have no issues if you work from home etc.
On my days off I love going to the local parks and exploring the city. I am keen to live with someone who loves London too or is down to explore with me!
Overall the flat is £775 rent + £187.18 bills (including tv license, insurance, wifi, gas + electric, water, council tax).
