Airy double room with original Victorian features

Fully furnished double room recently decorated and available now.

Room has double bed and mattress, side tables, new wardrobe, fitted storage area and optional wall mounted TV that we can remove if not desired.

There is a large shared living room area with wall mounted TV. There is a large dining table in the dining area next to the kitchen. Kitchen has all cooking utensils and cutlery that anyone would need. There is a garden with seating area and gas BBQ. Bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. There is a small office room that can be used for guests if you would like friends to stay.

A cleaner comes every two weeks to clean bathrooms and communal areas.

House is couple of minutes from 75 bus stop that can bring you to Catford and Lewisham or Penge East and Penge in the other direction. Sydenham and Lower Sydenham station are working walking distance both being 10 - 15 minutes walk. Sydenham station is a nice walk through Mayow park (2 minutes walk away). There is on street parking at no cost. There is usually a space close to the house. You

Sydenham high street is about a 10 minute walk away with an a large selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There is also a large Sainsbury’s close by at Bell Green as well as an Aldi and a M&S is also opening there.

The home belongs to Rachel and myself (married couple) - we are moving out the country for work in August. One room is already rented out, we will then rent out two other rooms closer to August. So there will be 4 housemates in total in the house. We are seeking housemates who will create a friendly household who are respectful of each other.
