One very large room available for rent in a 5 bedroom house, so big it fits bedroom furniture as well as a couch and tv or home office set up. Available 7 August.

Current housemates are 4 men, who are very nice and friendly. It’s a warm and sociable household. The current housemates are all a very creative bunch, balancing creative life with day jobs. We’d like someone who is tidy and wouldn’t mind taking 1 cleaning job per week (we have a cleaning rota). We are looking for someone who is sociable but also independent.

There’s a back garden and parking spot in a private gated area. There’s also two bathrooms and two showers.

I lived here for 7 years and have furnished a lot of the house, and recently moved out with my partner. The contract for the whole house is in my name, I am the sublandlord who is currently subletting the rooms.

Because of how big the house is, it ends up being very quiet. The bedroom for rent is on the top floor. It comes unfurnished but there is a desk and mattress available.

The house is 5 floors, kitchen on lower floor, living room and bedroom on ground floor, toilets/showers 1st floor, two bedrooms 2nd floor and two bedrooms 3rd floor.

If you’re new to Forest Hill it’s very well connected, and with tons of parks and a forest nearby. It’s a short walk to Forest Hill overground with quick connections to London Bridge, and to the tube via Canada Water.

There’s a co-op and Sainsbury’s and a gym very nearby as well as lots of restaurants and cafes.
