Modern 2 bed flat available NOW to May 2026

We are looking for someone to rent our flat while we are away for 6 months from November 2025 returning in June 2026. Ideally for the whole period but we can be flexible on slightly longer or slightly shorter up to a max of about 8 months.

The flat is a modern new build which is only two years old and fully furnished. There is a main double room with double wardrobes and a smaller room which has office space and a day bed.

This would ideally suit a couple who are in transition moving to/from London or waiting to purchase a property.

Bills equate to ~£350 and are additional to the overall rental amount.

Pets considered: Cats or caged animals are ok but unfortunately our lease doesn’t allow dogs.
