Double room in a 2 bedroom house, shared bathroom/kitchen/living area, Garden great for summer. Parking out front on drive or in front.

looking for a tidy clean person to share house with i'm not home much and work days and nights I probably sleep at the house 2 - 4 times per week so you will have the house to yourself a lot of the time.

typically i'm home using shared spaces

Monday - after 3 - 9
Thursday - 5 - 9
Friday - Sometimes till 4
Saturday - Sometimes

I have a lovely indoor cat so will need someone mindfull about leaving doors open ie bathroom door and their bedroom door as the windows when opened are an escape risk.
